1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using our on-demand webinar service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use the service.
  2. Individual User’s Account
    Individual users are required to register an account to access certain service features, including viewing on-demand webinars. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and entirely responsible for all activities under your account.
  3. Individual User Access
    a. Individual Users have 72 hours to view the on-demand webinar from registering. Please complete the on-demand webinar and download your certificate within the time window. Once the time window has lapsed, we cannot extend viewing or issue a certificate.
  4. On-demand webinar content
    a. The content available on our platform is for personal, non-commercial use only.
    b. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the content owners.
  5. Individual User Conduct
    You agree not to:
    a. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
    b. Use the service for any harmful or nefarious purpose.
    c. Interfere with the security or functionality of the service.
    d. Attempt to access any unauthorised part of the service.
    e. Share your user details with a third party or provide access to the content within this service to
    anyone other than yourself unless permission in writing is provided from Enkindle Consulting Pty Ltd.
  6. Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole
    discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service or to us.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect,
    incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether
    incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from
    (a) your use or inability to use the service;
    (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and any
    personal information stored therein;
    (c) the content available on the service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

    You acknowledge and agree that we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or usefulness of any content available on the service.
    We disclaim anyresponsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any content. You are solely responsible for using the content and any consequences.

    a. Our Rights: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade
    secrets, in connection with the service and its content (are owned by or licensed to us. You acknowledge and agree that the service contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
    b. Usage Restrictions: You agree not to record, broadcast, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or
    create derivative works based on the service or any content, in whole or in part, unless you have been specifically permitted to do so by us in a separate agreement.
