Who we are

Enkindle Consulting is led by Jennene Buckley and Tash Edwards, aged care professionals who have successfully led and grown aged care organisations themselves. Between them, they bring more than 30 years of executive leadership across home care, aged care and community services.

We thrive on helping people uncover new opportunities, solve real challenges and build strategies that work in practice, not just on paper. We're known for hands-on, practical advice, and for being genuinely trusted by the boards and executive teams we work with. We're also supported by a network of associate consultants who bring additional executive and digital capability.

Our specialty is home care. We work with government, aged care providers, peak bodies, boards and executive teams to reimagine, redesign and transform services, systems and organisations, so they can deliver world-class aged care, today and into the future.

More than 30 years' experience across health, aged and community care. During her 20-year tenure at Feros Care, including as CEO and Executive Director, Jennene grew the organisation from $3 million to $100 million in annual turnover, earning national and international recognition for leadership and innovation.

Tash Edwards MBA, Certified Change Practitioner

Over 15 years' experience in the people care sector, leading workforce transformation, change management and consumer experience initiatives across aged care and disability. Tash's work focuses on operational efficiency, compliance, staff experience and organisational development.
