Who we are

Enkindle Consulting is led by Jennene Buckley and Tash Edwards, experienced aged care leaders and consultants with deep expertise across home care, aged care and community services.
We work alongside boards, executives and operational teams to solve real challenges and strengthen the systems and practices that support effective service delivery. Our work spans registration and renewal, compliance and audit readiness, governance, operations, strategy and growth, workforce, change and client experience.
We are known for taking complex requirements and challenges and turning them into practical approaches, systems and tools that work in day-to-day operations. Our team is supported by experienced consultants who bring additional sector, clinical, operational and digital expertise.
Our specialty is home care. We work with government, aged care providers, peak bodies, boards and executive teams across Australia, bringing deep home care experience together with a strong understanding of the broader aged care environment.

Jennene Buckley BBus FCPA GAICD, DUniv (SCU)

More than 30 years' experience across health, aged and community care. During her 20-year tenure at Feros Care, including as CEO and Executive Director, Jennene grew the organisation from $3 million to $100 million in annual turnover, earning national and international recognition for leadership and innovation.

Tash Edwards MBA, Certified Change Practitioner

More than 15 years' experience across aged care, disability and community care. Tash works with boards, executives and operational teams across governance, compliance, registration and renewal, strategy, workforce, change and client experience. She has particular expertise in translating complex aged care requirements into practical systems, tools and approaches that strengthen day-to-day operations.
