The submissions showcase 21st Century Home Care Models that are shaping the future of aged care and are achieving exciting outcomes in the enablement of healthy, independent, and connected ageing.
We are currently reviewing the submissions and are working on our publication, which will be shared with the International Aged Care Community.
We expect the publication to be finalised in October 2022.
